Refund Policy

1. Design Consultations

Fees paid for initial consultations, site visits, design assessments, or planning sessions are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

If a consultation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund may be issued or the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Design Services

Interior design services are professional services that involve the expenditure of time, expertise, planning, and creative work. Accordingly:

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • Fees earned for work already performed are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed design concepts, drawings, renderings, mood boards, space plans, specifications, or other deliverables that have been provided to the client.

  • If a project is terminated before completion, AP Interior Design Inc. may refund any unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting amounts earned for services already performed and any expenses incurred on the client's behalf.

3. Custom Orders and Special Purchases

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or specially sourced items purchased through AP Interior Design Inc. are non-refundable and non-cancelable once the order has been placed with the vendor or manufacturer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom furniture

  • Custom cabinetry

  • Window treatments

  • Upholstery

  • Decorative items

  • Lighting fixtures

  • Specialty materials and finishes
